What a launch done right looks like

When my clients tell me what they want from a launch, it's something like this:

  1. Your work is expressed in a way that sounds and feels like you. Every page, email and session says what your work is in words you'd use yourself.
  2. You don't have to perform. You record once, calmly, with an outline in hand. The only live moment is one Q&A with your people, on the day you invite them into your program.
  3. There's a clear path for your clients. From the first email to the moment someone says yes to working with you.
  4. Nothing technical is yours to handle. Pages, checkout, emails and tracking are set up and tested for you.
  5. It goes out on a specific date you're prepared for, instead of waiting for the moment you feel ready.
  6. It doesn't end with launch week. It stays on your website and keeps working for every new person who finds you once our launch is over, and you know what's working and why.

If that's what you'd want, keep reading. If it isn't, this isn't for you, and that's alright!

Why your launch keeps waiting

You have years of training. You have work you believe in. Maybe you've already sat with me and found the words for what you're here to say. And still, you want to launch.

It isn't a flaw in you, and it isn't a lack of clarity. It's that a launch, done alone, is five jobs on top of the one you already have.

Figure out the right offer. Write every page and email. Learn new, complicated software. Show up live for five days in a row. Deal with the fear on your own.

And then, try to figure out what worked, what didn't and why, then a few months later, do it all again from scratch.

So your launch keeps getting pushed back. One more training, one more rewrite of the website, one more month of waiting for it to feel ready.

The real problem is that you don't have a system to bring it to people yet, and building it alone takes the time and energy your clients need from you.

Launch Your Voice in Wellness is that system, built for you and with you, and the whole system is yours once our package is complete.

You won't have to figure anything out on your own

Three steps, and you're never alone.

Step 01

We confirm your offer and capture your voice

You come with pieces. You leave with one clear offer, written down.

  1. 01

    An offer call with me.

What you'll sell, who it's for, what it promises, what it costs, the date it opens and what success means to you. You don't need a finished program to come in, only a sense of what you want to launch into.

  2. 02

    Your offer document.

My team turns our call into a written offer you can read, question and approve. Nothing is built until you say yes to it.

  3. 03

    We capture your voice.

A few questions, a few short voice notes, and the exercises you've already done with me. Everything we write starts there.

Step 02

You record before the launch, we build everything around it

You do the part only you can do. We do the rest!

  1. 01

    Five short pre-recorded classes.

We give you the structure and an outline for each of the five sessions, drawn from what you already teach. Each session is about 15 to 20 minutes, and your people watch whenever suits them. They pay a small price to join. Your list and your own posts can fill it on their own, and if you'd like to reach more people faster, we add ads and the ticket helps cover them. One live Q&A over the five days, then an email series inviting people into your program.

  2. 02

Every page and email, written and built by us.

Your registration page, the five class pages, your sales page, a checkout with the right add-ons, and every email, from your material and in your voice. You approve every word.

    See exactly what we build

12 pages: your registration page, its checkout with one or two small add-ons, and a welcome page; the five class pages; your sales page, its checkout and a thank-you page; and a booking page for your 1:1 or VIP option.

25 emails: a welcome when someone registers; a morning and an evening email for each of the five classes; invitations and reminders for your live Q&A; the email that opens your program; your Q&A answers and recording; two while enrollment is open; three on the last day; and the booking confirmation and reminder for your 1:1 option.

Plus: everything set up to keep running after the launch, with each person's own closing date, tracking, and a full test purchase before anyone sees it.

  3. 03

We test it before anyone sees it.

We go from the first click to a real purchase ourselves, so your people never find the broken link first.

Step 03

We open it, then leave it running on your website

The first opening is a launch. After that, it keeps working.

  1. 01

    A launch to your people.

In the month before, you post regularly so your audience is warm. Then we open registration for ten days, to your list and with Facebook ads if you choose them. Your pre-recorded sessions go out one a day, you do one live Q&A, and then your program opens for a few days with a clear closing date. We watch it every day.

  2. 02

    A debrief together.

Right after the launch, we read the numbers with you: what worked, what didn't and what to do next.

  3. 03

Left running, and handed to you.

Anyone who joins your list later goes through the same five days and gets their own closing date. Then we hand the whole system over to you in a live session, so you know exactly how it works and how to change it.

Who's in charge of what

A launch works when everyone knows their part. Here are all the details.

What I'm in charge of

  • Your offer call, and a check-in with you every two weeks from that call to the debrief, so you stay clear and keep moving
  • Helping you navigate the conversation when someone wants to work with you more closely
  • Signing off on every promise we make about your work, so nothing says more than it can hold

What my team and I are in charge of

  • Turning our call into your offer document
  • Capturing your voice before we write a word
  • The structure and outlines for your five sessions
  • Every page, email and add-on, written, built and tested
  • Running the launch, and your ads if you want them
  • The debrief, leaving it running, and the live handover of your system

What you're in charge of

  • Recording your five sessions, from the outlines we give you
  • Posting regularly the month before, and telling your people it's coming
  • Reading and approving within 48 hours
  • Talking with the people who want to work with you more closely
  • Your ad budget, if you choose ads

Your time, all told: about 15 to 20 hours across the whole launch, roughly two hours a week over ten weeks. You don't need to pause your practice or your clients to do it. That covers the offer call, the check-ins, your voice capture, recording, one live Q&A, approvals and the handover. Your regular posting the month before sits on top of that. Apart from one live Q&A, no live classes.

The plan, start to finish

About ten weeks from our offer call to the day the system is yours.

  1. The month before you openYou post regularly on your own, so your people are warm when registration opens
  2. Week 1Your offer call with me. My team turns it into your offer document, and you approve it. Your voice capture, then the structure and outlines for your five sessions
  3. Week 2You record the five sessions
  4. Weeks 3 to 4We write and build everything around them, and you approve as we go
  5. Weeks 6 to 9About ten days of registration, the five days, a few days with your program open, then the debrief
  6. Week 10Left running, and handed over to you in a live session
  7. All alongA check-in with me every two weeks

Picture the week after

The debrief is done. You know what worked and what you'd change. Your classes are still open, quietly, and someone who found you through a friend's post registers on a Tuesday night. She watches day one the next morning.

You aren't rebuilding anything. You aren't getting ready anymore. Your work is out where the people it's for can find it, in words that sound like you, and you know how the whole thing runs because it was handed to you, piece by piece.

That's what we're building toward. Not a big week, but a launch that keeps working after the package is over.

What practitioners say about working with me

These are words from practitioners who've already done the deeper work with me. Launch Your Voice in Wellness is built on the same five-day shape more than 3,000 of them have been through. Stories from the practitioners who launch with us will be shared here as they come in.

"I faced my fear and posted my first ever video online after day 1! Thank you Rachel."

Katie Kortschaga

"I am so much clearer and centred in my unique offering, why it is valuable, and I can't wait to really let it be heard."

Susan Chew

"Rachel laughs heartily, doesn't sugar-coat uncomfortable truths, and really comes across as authentic with some genuinely hard-earned wisdom."

Margret Hefner

What could this bring in?

It depends on a few things only you can fill in. So here's the math we use, and a calculator to try it with your own numbers.

Ads for your launch

Your first opening

The next 12 months

A way to think, not a promise. Real results depend on your audience, your offer and your timing.

A few things worth knowing before you play with it:

  • The first opening is only the start. In my experience, a first launch often goes pretty well. It's the second one that's hard, because you're doing it all again from nothing. That's why yours stays running. Every new person who joins your list goes through the same five days, whether she found you through your posts and videos, a collaboration, a friend's referral or an ad. Your regular content keeps it going, with or without ads.
  • With ads, you're selling class tickets. Each new person costs money to bring in with ads, and only some of those people go on to your program. The calculator counts the tickets and shows what's left after the ad spend, not just the sales.
  • On the call, we put the investment next to your numbers. You'll see how many clients it would take, at your price, to cover it. If the numbers don't work for you yet, I'll say so.

What we promise, and what we don't

What we promise

  • Your offer settled and written down before anything is built
  • Every page and email in your voice, approved by you
  • Your classes recorded and your launch built and tested from the first click to a real purchase
  • Your launch opening on the date we agree
  • A debrief right after, and the whole system left running and handed to you
  • A fully functioning funnel and path for potential clients to enter your work

What we don't promise

  • A number of sales. Your launch depends on your audience, your offer and your timing, and after that, on the people you bring to it
  • That it will feel effortless. You'll still record, post and show up for your people. You just won't be building it alone

What we guarantee is the work itself: everything on this page, built, tested and handed over to you.

If something we agreed isn't delivered, my team keeps working on it until it is.

Who this is built for

If you've done the deeper work with me, you already have the part no one can build for you: you know what you're here to say. Here's the rest of what a launch needs, so you can decide in thirty seconds.

You're a good fit if

  • You know what you want to launch into, even if it's still in pieces. We'll settle it into one clear offer together
  • You have about 500 people or more on your email list. If you're close, book anyway and we'll look at it together
  • You're comfortable enough on camera to record five short sessions
  • You'll post regularly the month before your launch, and read and approve on time

Wait for now if

  • You need guaranteed sales
  • Your list is still very small. Your first step is finding your first clients one by one, and I'm happy to talk about that instead
  • You don't yet know what you want to launch into. The Curriculum of Your Life is built for exactly that, and it's where this begins for many of my clients
  • You'd like someone to decide everything without you. This is built with you, not around you
Portrait of Rachel Browne
Rachel Browne

I'm Rachel Browne

For over a decade, I've worked with wellness practitioners, helping them find the deeper coherence underneath their work. More than 3,000 practitioners have been through my five-day training, many of whom have gone on to work with me more closely in The Curriculum of Your Life.

This package was developed because I noticed, over and over again, the way practitioners would chronically seek more clarification and more training before feeling “ready” to launch their voice. But no matter how much they got of both, they never felt ready. People would leave our time together clear about what they're here to say, and then the launch would wait. Not for lack of wisdom or something to teach, but for lack of a system, and the time it took to learn everything required to build one alone.

I'd rather see you actually finding and impacting your clients than chronically getting ready for it. So my team and I built Launch Your Voice in Wellness: the launch half of the work I do. You bring what you know and the people who already trust you. We bring the structure, the writing, the building and the launch itself.

You don't need to become a guru, and you don't need to perform. You need your work out where the people it's for can find it.

Why there's no price on this page

Because there isn't one number that fits everyone. What a launch costs depends on what you need.

If your list is ready to buy, your own audience may be enough. If it's smaller, or you want to reach new people, you'll need ads, and then the real question is how much to put behind them and whether you want my team running them. How you'd like to pay changes it too.

I can't answer any of that well from a page. On our call, we look at your list, your offer and what you want from your launch, and I tell you exactly what it would take, with nothing you don't need.

You'll hear the investment in the first few minutes. Nothing is decided on the call. If you'd like to go ahead, I'll send you everything in writing afterward, and you take a day.

If you'd rather know the base number before you book, write to me at info@emergent-voice.com and I'll tell you.

Not included in the investment: your ad budget, if you choose ads. It's paid by you directly to Facebook, and for a first launch it's usually around $2,000. My team manages the ads for you for a separate fee, which you'll also hear on the call.

Let's look at your work together

On the call, we'll look at:

  • Where your work is right now, and what you'd want to launch into
  • Who you'd open it to, and how many people that is
  • What a first launch could look like for you, with your numbers in the calculator
  • Whether Launch Your Voice in Wellness is the right next step. If it isn't, I'll tell you

Two questions to sit with before we talk:

  1. Where would you like your work to be in 8 to 12 weeks?
  2. What has made launching hard so far?

We take one launch a month, nine a year, so every client gets our full attention. The next open month is January.

Times are shown in your time zone. If none of them work where you live, write to info@emergent-voice.com and we'll find one.

The things practitioners ask

How much does it cost?

It depends on what your launch needs: whether your own list is enough or you'll want ads, how much to put behind them, whether my team runs them, and how you'd like to pay.

On our call, I'll look at your numbers and tell you exactly what it would take for you, in the first few minutes. If you'd like the base number before you book, write to me and I'll tell you.

Nothing is decided on the call. If you want to go ahead, you get it all in writing and take a day.

I don't have an offer yet. Can I still do this?

Yes, as long as you know what you want to launch into. Most of my clients come with pieces, not a finished program.

Our offer call turns those pieces into one clear offer, and you approve it in writing before anything is built.

If you've never shaped a program before, we often start from something simple: a short, focused program of five live sessions around one specific result. You only need Zoom and a few resources to run it.

Will it sound like me?

That's where we start. Before we write a word, we capture your voice: a few questions, a few short voice notes, and the exercises you've already done with me.

You read and approve everything. And if you want to change something, change it in your own words. Please don't run it through ChatGPT first. Your words are the whole point.

I'm not comfortable on camera. Is that a problem?

You do need to be comfortable enough to record five short sessions. You don't need to be polished.

You record once, in your own time, with an outline for each day in front of you, and you can stop and start again as often as you like.

There are no live classes to show up for. The only live moment is one Q&A with your people, on the day you invite them into your program.

How much of my time does it take?

About 15 to 20 hours across the whole launch: the offer call, check-ins with me every two weeks, your voice capture, recording, approvals and the handover.

On top of that, you post regularly in the month before you open. Everything else is ours.

What if life gets in the way?

Then tell us, and we'll plan around it together. The ten weeks have room in them: if a recording takes longer or a week gets away from you, we move the steps inside the plan so nothing piles up on you.

The one date that stays put is your launch month. We take one launch a month, so once yours is set, it holds. That's why we plan the weeks before it with you, step by step, and check in every two weeks.

You won't be left behind your own launch.

My list is small. Is it big enough?

We ask for about 500 people on your email list, because that's who your launch opens to first. If you're close, book the call anyway and we'll look at it together.

If you're far from it, your first step is finding your first clients one by one, and I'd rather help you with that than sell you a launch.

Do I have to run ads?

No. Ads are optional. If your own audience is big enough, you can open to it without ads, and your regular posts keep bringing new people in after.

Ads bring in people beyond your list. If you choose them, you pay your ad budget directly to Facebook, usually around $2,000 for a first launch, and my team manages them for a separate fee.

Who actually does the work?

I hold your offer call, check in with you every two weeks and guide you through the conversations with the people who want to work with you more closely.

My team and I write and build everything, run the launch and the ads, and hand the system to you at the end.

You bring your experience, record your sessions, post the month before and approve on time.

What happens after the launch?

We read the numbers with you in a debrief.

Then your classes stay open: anyone who joins your list later goes through the same five days and gets their own closing date. (Marketers call this "evergreen". It just means it keeps working after launch week.)

Then we hand the whole system over to you in a live session. If you'd like us to keep looking after it, you can keep us on afterward.

What do I own at the end, and what does it cost to keep running?

You keep everything: your offer, your classes, your pages, your emails and your list. It all lives in your own accounts, in your name, so it's yours for good.

The tools that keep it running are free or close to it, and we'll go through the exact figure on our call. If you'd like my team to keep looking after it afterward, there's an optional monthly plan for that.

In the handover session, we walk you through how it all fits together, and how to ask for a change in plain words.

You can do three things with this page

You can close it. Your work stays where it is, and that's alright. It'll be here when you're ready.
You can keep refining. One more training, one more rewrite, one more season of getting ready. I understand it. I've watched it happen to some of the wisest practitioners I know.
Or you can book a call. 60 minutes, with me. We'll look at your work and your people, put real numbers in front of you, and you'll know whether this is your next step. If it isn't, I'll tell you.

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it: withholding your story isn't humility, it's interference. So why not give your work the chance to reach the people it was always for?
