We would rather be plain about what these programs are and what they are not.
Results are not guaranteed
We do not promise clients, income, or a finished body of work.
Our programs teach a method for finding and articulating your own voice and message, and give you structured work to do. What you build with that afterwards depends on your practice, your market, your effort and a good deal that is outside anyone's control, including ours.
Nothing on our pages should be read as a promise of a particular professional or financial outcome. Where we describe what happens inside a program, we are describing the work, not its results in your business.
Testimonials are individual experiences
The quotes on our pages come from people who took these programs and gave us permission to share what they said. They describe those people's experience. They are not a typical result, an average, or a promise of what will happen for you, and we do not present them as such.
Where we mention how many practitioners have taken part, that number describes participation. It does not describe outcomes.
This is not health care
Our programs are professional development, not therapy or medical care.
The work invites you to look at your own life and history. That can bring up difficult material. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or a substitute for any of them, and Rachel Browne is not acting as your therapist or clinician.
If something surfaces that needs proper support, please seek a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.
This is not legal, financial or regulatory advice
We do not advise on how to structure, license, insure or register your practice, on your tax position, or on the rules of your professional body. Those depend on where you work and what you are qualified in. Check with the right professional and with your own regulator before you change how you present or sell your services.
Your practice remains yours
You stay responsible for the claims you make about your own work, for the standards of your professional body, and for the laws that apply to you. Nothing we teach overrides them, and adopting language from this work does not make a claim compliant.
