Refund Policy

Every program sold by Emergent Voice LLC ("we", "us") carries a refund window. This page states each one in plain terms. If anything here is unclear, write to info@emergent-voice.com before you buy and we will answer.
Free Your Voice in 5 Days
Attend Day 1. If it isn't for you, we refund it in full.
Attend the first live session. If you feel the training isn't for you, write to us and we refund everything you purchased that day, including The Voice Archive, The One-Page Brand and The VIP Pass if you added them. No forms, no questions.
Requests are accepted at any time before the challenge begins, and up to 48 hours after the Day 1 session. To request one, email info@emergent-voice.com from the address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain your decision.
The Curriculum of Your Life
The first seven days are on us.
Join the program, attend the first call, begin the first week. If within the first seven days you decide it isn't the right fit, send us one email and we refund your investment in full. No complicated process, no forms, no need to explain your decision.
The seven days run from the day the cohort begins. If you are on the three-payment plan, we refund the payments made to date and cancel the remaining ones.
How a refund is issued
- Refunds return to the original payment method. We cannot send them anywhere else.
- Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to appear, usually 5 to 10 business days.
- We refund the full amount you paid. Any currency conversion or bank fee charged by your own bank is outside our control.
- Once a refund is issued, access to the program and its materials ends.
What we ask in return
Program materials, recordings and workbooks are for your personal use. Downloading the materials and then requesting a refund in order to keep them is not within the spirit of this policy, and we reserve the right to decline repeat requests from the same person.
Chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please write to us first. A refund takes one email and we do not ask for reasons. Opening a chargeback without contacting us costs both sides time and money, and we would rather solve it directly.
