Terms of Service

These terms govern the programs sold by Emergent Voice LLC ("we", "us") through this website. By buying or enrolling, you agree to them.

What we sell

• Free Your Voice in 5 Days, a five-day live training, $27.
• The Voice Archive, a collection of finished positioning statements, $47.
• The One-Page Brand, a designed one-page brand sheet produced from what you write on Day 5, $37.
• The VIP Pass, an extended working session with limited seats, $97.
• The Curriculum of Your Life, a twelve-week guided program, $1,197 in one payment or three monthly payments of $399 (same total either way).

Prices are in US dollars and include what is listed on the page where you bought. Your own bank may add a currency conversion fee, which is outside our control.

How programs are delivered

• Live sessions take place on Zoom at the times published on the sales page. You receive the link by email.
• Every session is recorded. For Free Your Voice in 5 Days, replays are available for 30 days. VIP Pass holders keep access to those replays without a time limit. Short excerpts of recordings may be used in our marketing; see the privacy policy for how to take part without appearing.
• Written materials, such as workbooks and guides, are delivered by email or through our member area.
• The One-Page Brand is produced after you send us your Day 5 material, and is returned within one week of receiving it.

Dates and changes

We may need to move a session for reasons outside our control, such as illness or a technical failure. If that happens we give you as much notice as we can, and the session is either rescheduled or provided as a recording. A change of date is not by itself a reason for a refund beyond the windows described in our refund policy.

The VIP Pass is capped at 20 seats. When the seats are taken, it stops being offered.

What you may do with the materials

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own practice. You may apply everything you learn in your own business, without restriction and without crediting us.

What you may not do is share, resell, republish or distribute the recordings, workbooks and materials themselves, or give access to your account to someone who has not bought. One purchase, one person.

In the live room

Sessions are shared with other practitioners, and some of what people bring is personal. We ask everyone for the same two things: treat what others share as private, and do not record or screenshot the sessions yourself. We may remove someone from a session for conduct that makes the room unsafe, without a refund beyond the applicable window.

Sessions are recorded by us and shared with participants. See the privacy policy for what that means if you prefer not to appear.

Refunds

Each program has its own refund window, stated in full on the refund policy page. In short: for Free Your Voice in 5 Days, attend Day 1 and if it isn't for you we refund everything you bought that day. For The Curriculum of Your Life, you have the first seven days.

What we do not promise

These programs teach a method and give you structured work to do. They do not guarantee any particular outcome, income, number of clients, or professional result. See the disclaimer for the full statement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for anything arising out of these programs is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or lost business. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute is subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming. If you buy as a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this does not remove the protections of your local consumer law. [CONFIRM with counsel: EU and UK right of withdrawal for digital content, and the wording needed if it is waived on immediate access]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
